Architectural / Design Review Requests

The District's SmartWebs Resident Portal is used to submit Design Review requests, view covenant violations, and pay violation fees.

All Design Review requests, including fencing, landscaping, exterior modifications, and other improvements requiring approval, must be submitted through the SmartWebs Resident Portal before any work begins.

To submit a Design Review request:

  • Log in to your Smartwebs Resident Portal account. 
  • From your Owner Dashboard, select the ARC (Architectural Review) form under Quick Actions.
  • Complete the form, upload required plans and supporting documents, and click Submit.

There is currently no fee for design review submissions.

All proposed improvements must comply with applicable city, county, state, and local codes. Obtaining any required building permits is the homeowner's responsibility. If changes are made to an approved application, a revised request must be submitted and approved before construction continues.
